THINGS TO KNOW
ARRIVALS
If attending the ceremony, please arrive at 12:30 ready to be seated at 12:45. The ceremony starts at 13:00. The evening reception starts at 18:30.
LITTLE ONES
So that all our guests, including parents, can enjoy a day of relaxation and a night of uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no under 18s attend. Thanks.
CONFETTI
Our venue takes a sustainable approach and only allows biodegradable confetti, but fear not, this will be provided on the day.
SMOKING
We know you will all look smoking hot, but actual smoking must take place away from the venue and courtyard.
CEREMONY
We need to know numbers so we can reserve you a seat, if you are an evening guest, please let us know if you are joining for the ceremony when you submit your RSVP.
WARDROBE
We ask that all guests dress in cocktail attire. Apparently, this is the dress etiquette term for it, but to break that down, think party vibes, styled for a fancy cocktail bar. Not all out formal day at the races, we are not that traditional. So we suggest a glamorous outfit or lounge suit. And obvs, please avoid white, that's saved for the Bride!
DRINK
Our venue has a fully stocked bar with a few surprise choices from us. The Shack takes both cash and card. Tea and coffee available to purchase on request.
AT THE END
The celebrations finish at midnight, but don't worry, we know where the after party is for those that don't wanna stop!
UNPLUGGED
Those joining us for the ceremony, we look forward to seeing your glorious faces, so please don’t hide yours behind a device. Switch it off and enjoy the moment with us. We also ask that no photos or videos of us, the Bride and Groom, are shared on social platforms until we have had the chance to do so ourselves. #shygroom
PARKING
There is no parking available at the venue, but there are local car parks, provided by Hereford City Council
at a cost, with some 24 hours.
FOOD
We didn't fancy a formal meal for the wedding breakfast, not quite us, so will instead have sharing platters at tables. We love our street food, so there will be a pizza truck turning up in the evening for all to grab some slices.

NEWSFLASH...
The honeymoon destination is now decided! After much debate, we have settled on taking ourselves to Namibia for a good old mix of safari, adventure and luxe. There's going to be some wonderful moments and memories made here that's for sure!
